Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal (as applicable).
• Customize massage treatments based on client needs, preferences, and goals.
• Promote spa services and products, including skincare and wellness treatments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with spa standards and health regulations.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with the med spa team to provide holistic wellness solutions.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Massage Therapy License (required).
• Certification in additional modalities (e.g., lymphatic drainage, sports massage) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for wellness and helping others feel their best.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
