Carb Control is a weight management and weight loss program geared towards clients who are ready to understand and take their health to the next level. You will learn how food can become your medicine.
Our goal is to educate, motivate and support you through your weight loss journey. Our programs are medically designed with two components – sensible weight loss and sustainable, stable weight maintenance achieved by eating a healthy balance of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
You will learn how to encourage the body to burn fat and support muscle growth in a quality way with high quality protein. Your personal certified coach will work with you one-on-one to create and customize a targeted plan for you to meet your specific goals. After meeting your weight loss objective, you’ll have learned how many calories you burn in an average day, what food combinations to avoid and how to avoid weight gain while still enjoying the foods you love.

This is an easy-to-follow structured protocol with a high success rate. The dieter consumes 3 protein products with high biological available protein each day along with 4 cups of vegetables and 6 ounces of meat or vegetarian protein. Consultation fees may vary by location, but at Results Weight Loss & Med Spa, we’ve chosen not to charge an additional consultation fee to keep the protocol more affordable and accessible.
Can I be on the Protocol if I’m a vegetarian or vegan?
Vegetarians can successfully follow the Carb Control Protein Weight Loss Protocol by incorporating eggs, fish, or tofu as their primary source of protein during the evening meal. Alternatively, they can choose other high-protein vegetarian options to replace the whole protein. Be sure to review the ingredient list on all products before purchasing to ensure they meet your dietary preferences. However, strict vegans—who avoid all animal proteins and by-products like dairy and honey—are not eligible to the many dietary restrictions.
