Appointments
All appointments require a valid credit card to secure the appointment. A $25 deposit is required for all Med Spa appointments. This deposit will be credited towards the appointment charge.
You will be asked to complete an intake form at your first appointment so please arrive 10 minutes early. You may be asked to complete a consent to treatment form for specific services.
If you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will either be rescheduled or shortened so the next guest will not be inconvenienced. You will still be charged for the full appointment.
Groupon Appointments
We welcome the opportunity to visit us using a Groupon purchase. A Groupon can only be purchased one time per service per person. You cannot purchase multiple Groupons for the same service to be used by the same person.
If you cancel on the day of the appointment or do not show for the appointment, your Groupon will be validated and you will lose the opportunity to use the Groupon again.
Please respect our staff’s time. They are willing to take a pay reduction so you have the opportunity to meet them and experience their services.
Cancellation
We are understanding of unexpected events that can cause you to miss your appointment. We ask for and appreciate 24 hours’ notice to cancel and reschedule an appointment. You will receive a text before the 24 hour mark so you have the opportunity to cancel/reschedule without a cancellation fee.
Please note that for “no call/no shows” or “appointments cancelled” with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $25 deposit will not be refunded.
There is an exception for severe weather. If the office closes due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be called to reschedule, and a fee will not be assessed.

Extra Guests
Guests are not allowed in the room during laser, LED, and massage treatment.
We do love our children but due to HIPPA and safety guidelines they are not allowed in the treatment room unless receiving a service. Children cannot be left in the lobby area unattended. Please utilize child care so that you can relax and enjoy your spa experience. We strive to provide you with our undivided attention to ensure the best possible experience.
Gratuity
Gratuity or tips are not included in the cost of services but are greatly appreciated by our dedicated team.
Silence Phones
We ask that you silence your phone and avoid phone conversations in consideration of others. Help us provide a quiet place so everyone can relax.
Customer Satisfaction
Our team is trained and certified to provide you with the best service possible. If you are unhappy at any time during the service, please stop the service and speak to the manager. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your service or the way you were treated, please notify us within 7 days of your treatment.
